x Let's get something straight here. My father is a Buddhist MONK. Priests are Shinto. Monks are Buddhist. And I think most of you are assuming that Buddhist monks are similar to priests and monks in the West. We're not. You guys have all those weird beliefs about sin, but we don't. x Uesugi-san? Practically this entire week, I've been sick...y'know, stuffy nose, headache, queasy stomach, lack of energy...and I didn't know why. But the other day, I abruptly...just got better. Just like that. I could breathe, I could hear, I could eat...just like that. Later that day, my mom told me that a friend of ours had died. ;_; I was sick and then the same day our friend died, I suddenly felt better. But when I finally heard about his death, I lost the energy I gained. It's just....what happened? Was my being sick like a premonition of what was going to happen? Or...what? I'm super upset and my face gets all hot, but...I can't even cry and...I'm just so confused.... -Shiori Tsumi
